With an erasable marker, write the first name of the guest and the time they entered the shower room on the shower door. This way it’s easier to keep track of who is in which shower and whether anyone is taking too much time.

It’s best to write this clearly, in letters big enough to be read 15 feet or so away, and high enough so that it is not obscured by the railing when viewed from an angle.
